1,250 liter water
100g of grated parmesan
250g of polenta
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1-2 stock vegetables cubes
Tandori sauce : 250ml of white yoghurt, 1/2 chopped onion, 1 small part of chopped garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of curcumin, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of coriander in powder or fresh, fresh lemon juice, you can add a little of ginger, you can adapt the amount of spices, and produce this homemade sauce by mixing the ingredients
Fries preparation : heat up water, add 1 stock cube, add olive oil, when boiling add 250g of polenta into water, and stir non stop until it’s done, remove and continue to stir, then add the parmesan. Prepare one flat cooking plate, cover it with the food cling, spread polenta on it and cover with the cling, leave for 2 hours in the fridge, then remove and slice polenta into fries shape, you can fry the polenta slices or bake them with some olive oil for 15 minutes at 180°C, both versions will result in the crispy fries.
