Nutritious, rich in fiber and proteins, crackers are healthy alternative for good quality snack, easy to take away, the recipe is gluten free and dairy free
Crackers :
cca 100g pumpkin seeds
and 40g of sesam seeds
½ of grated fresh zuccini
olive oil
cca 80 g of grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 180°C, mix in a blender dry seeds together, add grated zuccini, olive oil (1-2 tablespoons), and parmesan cheese, form the crackers out of dough and place onto the baking sheet, bake for about 15 minutes.
Veggie dip :
cut the fresh spinach leaves and mix it with a little of milk or olive oil, add 200g of cottage cheese, add the fresh mint
Power berry smoothie :
we prefer this milk free recipe : Mix defrosted berries with small amount of sugar (10 teaspoons of sugar for 700g of berries)
